Nicole Mackintosh is a 500hr trainer senior yoga teacher who has trained in vinyasa, hatha and yin. She is a strong believer in the transformative and healing nature of a regular practice and aims to pass on these life-changing experiences through breath-centred and alignment-focussed classes that appeal to all levels.
